Suspect failed to complete their end of the original agreement then proceeded to mock victim by exclaiming they're unable to do anything due to suspect being 9 years of age. Later on they messaged after already claiming they don't care that they had finished the project; Victim decided to not respond due to the prior actions. Suspect did provide a screenshot however would not take appropriate steps to verify the screenshots' validity. Suspect did attempt to make a refund however Victim was only willing to accept a 100% refund; which Suspect refused to do.
