The victim commissioned the suspect to a music commission but then the suspect failed to provide quality work for the victim even though the suspect had been paid and then the suspect also ignored the victim and wasted their time. The suspect broke 2 rules in this case, they wasted the victim's time by failing to respond and then by failing to provide the music requested, failed to do their end of the agreed upon deal.
