Scammer commissioned victim for work. Gave brief description of work, but no details on how it should look. Developer completed the work. Scammer ignored victim. Scammer didn't respond to scam ticket for a day. Agreed to pay once scam investigator explained the situation and our rules. After being given a deadline to pay, scammer refused to pay victim. Became hostile toward scam investigator.
