The victim commissioned the suspect to a modeling commission but then the suspect blocked the suspect after receiving payment, therefore wasting the victim's time.. The suspect broke 2 rules in this case, they wasted the victim's time by failing to respond and then by failing to provide the music requested, failed to do their end of the agreed upon deal.
