The suspect did not make the assets of reasonable quality. The victim asked for a refund, to which the suspect agreed, but ended up ignoring the victim. Upon contacting the suspect regarding the ticket against them, they offered to refund 1600 instead of the full amount they were paid. The victim declined the refund since they have already wasted their time.
