The suspect commissioned the victim to create a UI, the victim was unable to continue with the commission due to a death in the family, suspect proceeded to steal the UI and implement it into their game without consent. The victim offered the suspect a chance to pay him for his work but the suspect refused and proceeded to mock the victim.
