Did not complete their side of the original deal. Stalled victim over 3 months and was paid upfront. He could not defend himself and said he was busy but still wasn't replying to the victim. Upon being confronted he stalled for 40 mins after I had given him a deadline of an hour to provide a product to the victim. He provided a copy map he must have synapsed since the game contained group rank scripts and team tools that were not apart of anything the victim requested. I traced the group rank to a group that contains the map he stole.
