Description

Scammer wasted the victim/developer's time by not paying them. Scammer ghosted the victim and proceeded to block but when added to the ticket the scammer claimed that they were on a vacation. Also, the scammer promised to pay on 4th of October, 2022 but he didn't. The scammer refused to pay even after being added to the ticket and even after the victim lowering the payment charges.
