User did not uphold their end of a deal. They had someone do work they were pleased with with minor fixable issues due to miscommunication on his end and then fired the scripter who did a majority of the work asked. He agreed to pay him 70% of what the price was to settle this case and then did not pay him and left the server after the agreed time frame.
