User did not uphold their end of the deal they gave the user a down payment of $50 to do half their UI and make revisions and then after that they planned to do the other $60 to pay for them to do the rest of their UIs with revisions as needed which the suspect agreed. But upon delivering the first half when they requested revisions he left with a note to them as to why he left and cancelled the rest of it. Despite agreeing in the beginning he would not back out at all and agreed to do all revisions asked for both the first half and last half.
