Suspect wasted the Victims time. The suspect commissioned the victim to make some animations for them. When the victim notified the suspect that the animations were complete and sent them to the suspect for approval and feedback the suspect started off giving some feedback to which the victim would reply and fix it. This situation later escalated to the suspect saying flat out that they do not like it because it looks weird. In this case, if the suspect does not tell the victim why they do not like it and what they could do to make it look better then the suspect is guilty of time wasting.
