2.2.1 - Time Wasting. The suspect promised to complete a commision and demanded upfront payment, the suspect did not complete the commision and attempted to phish the victim into giving access to his PayPal account. The suspect responded to the chance to defend himself, but refused to comment after evidence was presented.
