Broke rule 2.2.1. Suspect hired victim for a jailing system. After the victim provided finished work discussion about payment happened and after a long discussion and multiple delays from the victim the suspect has ghosted the victim for several weeks. Also failed to respond to friend request after more then 24 hours.
