Broke Scam Rule 2.2.1: Not completing your side of the original deal. Suspect was asked to make a script within a timeframe. Suspect was paid a partial upfront. Throughout the timeframe the victim asked about the script and the suspect said it was going well. At the end of the timeframe the victim asked for it and the suspect ignored the victim in turn breaking scam rule 2.2.1. I have friend requested the suspect and there was no reply or accept within 24 hours. This is the suspects second infraction.
