Violation of 2.2.1: Suspect came to an agreement to pay victim per task aka payment plan type deal. However, after receiving the product suspect decided he "found a better deal" then began making market place posts in other locations + left the server. Suspect did not respond to me within 24h timeframe. It will be noted that the suspect had access to a teamcreate and was making constant micro adjustments with the developer, so its not like they received a surprise product; they were there for the whole process.
