Rule 2.2.1 was broken. Suspect agreed to pay the victim a "credit" of 2,000 robux after creating a few sets of clothing. This "credit" was to be paid within a few days of the clothing being completed but he instead blocked and ignored the victim's messages. Suspect posted the clothing on his group and is selling them currently.
