The suspect is being banned for breaking is agreed deal with the Author. The original deal was to make ocean animation and ocean models for $500. The Author asked for 25% upfront in case of his work for the trust. The suspect agreed and paid him 25%. The Author then sends him evidence and videos of the work being 50% complete and asking for 50% ($250) of his money as part of a new deal, which the suspect also agreed to. The suspect during the entire interaction the Author seemed interested and liked the product until the suspect was almost complete with the product and stated that his friend had let him buy his ocean animation, and canceled the original 50% payment to the author, breaking the agreed deal with the Author and refused to pay. My verdict ruled with the author and the suspect stated he would rather be banned than to give his money.
