Suspect has broken scam rule 2.2.1 - suspect was hired (and paid) to create an animation and produced an inadequate product full of bugs and issues. The suspect failed to follow the project scope and did not fix any of the major and blatant errors when pointed out, and instead blocked the victim without reason or communication. The product was not delivered to a reasonable quality; suspect failed to respond to my dm after a given 24 hours and a further grace period.
