The suspect is charged with "*2.2.1 Not completing your original side of the deal*" and "*2.2.4 changing an agreed deal without the owner's consent.*" The author reported the suspect for failing to pay him 4,000 robux for making a car model for him (Violating 2.21). The suspect showed that he had insufficient funds to pay the author and failed to tell him before the author sent him the link to the product. The suspect then asked for 1 month to pay the author, which was not included in the original agreed deal (Violating 2.2.4). And, the suspect has been offline ever since the last contact with the author and failed to contact me regarding the investigation.
