The suspect is being banned for 6 months for ***2.2.1**: Not completing your side of the original deal*. The suspect approached the author asking for 5 SFX (product), and the author requested for $15 (USD) for all of them, which the suspect agreed to. The SFX was then sent to the suspect first as he was afraid he would be scammed. Once the author asked for payment, the suspect ignored him and failed to pay him via PayPal. I contacted the suspect (who had left the server), asking him to pay. The suspect initially agreed if the suspect gave him all of the files (it seems one of the files was missing), which the author agreed to. I asked the suspect to pay the suspect first, and I would send him the files. The suspect declined and stated, "Oh yeah u can ban me, I'm scared of getting scammed". My verdict sided with the author, as I fear the suspect is lying and will not pay the author his owed amount due to him already having most of the files which was sent by the author.
