Suspect asked victim to model guns for him. Suspect settled on a payment of $65 for the models. The victim accepted and finished the work. The suspect then stated that he wanted the models first to "test" them. Victim declined as it is risky, suspect then did not want to continue with any payment, therefore wasting the victims hard work and time.
