The suspect requested a script from the victim, which was made, promising payment from an investor later. However, once done making the script, the victim added safeguards against potential scams and informed the suspect about it. The suspect declined the modified script and refused to pay. Later on, the suspect claimed their online account was hacked. They mentioned changes in passwords, emails, and adding security measures, yet couldn't explain how the hacker remained logged in. They mentioned a 2FA but later claimed it disappeared. When asked for transaction records, they were evasive and provided incorrect gamepass prices. They shared a transaction where the "hacker" transferred in-game currency to someone named Red, suggesting Red was the hacker. Verdict: Guilty
