The suspect commissioned the victim to create a game. The victim, assuming the suspect would pay from their personal funds, mentioned using group funds for payment instead, tho withought complaint, the victim agreed. After waiting for two weeks without payment, to expedite the situation, the victim gave them a 24-hour payment ultimatum, but they promptly blocked them. Furthermore, after reviewing this case, I have dmed the suspect, as they had left the server, after some time after dming the suspect, I wanted to remind him of it, tho realised that the suspect as also blocked me. Verdict: Guilty
