The victim hired the accused for a commission. They settled on a price of $100 USD with 20% upfront payment. The upfront payment was made and then the accused stopped posting updates of the commission. When they were asked why they stopped posting updates after 2 days, the accused ghosted them. When added to the ticket, they stated they would refund the victim, but they ended up not responding despite reminders.
