Suspect violated scam rule 2.2.1, the suspect agreed to pay 5USD, then in the final stage requested additional work which the victim voluntarily completed (they were not required to under any agreement). The suspect had unspecific and broad complaints about this additional free work only and refused to work with the victim on fixing the additions, they then did not pay for the work already completed and found another developer.
