The suspect has not kept his side of the original deal. Both parties agreed on paying with taxes included, but once the victim fished the work, the suspect refused to pay with taxes. adding on, the suspect accepted to pay without taxes the same day and the victim reluctantly agreed, tho after a couple days, the suspect never payed nor replied to the victim. The suspect also did not respond to me at all even after the 24h period. Verdict: Guilty
