The suspect is being banned for breaking rule **2.2.1:** Not completing your side of the original deal. The suspect approached the author first and sent 'their' work to the author in an attempt to be hired. After some persuasion, the author agreed to work for the suspect. The suspect asked for $15 (USD) upfront and explicitly asked the author to PayPal the cash under the friends and family, the author who initially wanted to have 'insurance' on his money agreed to the suspect demands. Over the course of the DMs, the suspect failed multiple times to meet the author's demands and needs.
