The suspect violated scam rule 2.2.1. The suspect cancelled a task and gave some reasons of bugs / lacking quality. The suspect and victim agreed that 5K compensation was appropiate. The suspect then had a problem with other tasks and claimed the victim deleted parts of his game, but provided no proof. The suspect then refused to pay. The suspect did reply to the chance to defend themselves but failed to produce a valid reason to not pay, and blocked scam investigators so a peaceful resolution could not be reached.
