Suspect broke scam rule 2.2.1 -> Suspect agreed to a commission. After refusing to pay until it was sent, the victim frustratedly sent the completed commission - which was met with complaints about the size despite earlier agreeing to the dimensions. Suspect has refused to pay the victim and has trolled in both the SI’s and victims dm’s.
