The suspect is being charged with "2.2.3: Selling plagiarized assets.". The suspect had originally approached the author in hopes of employment. The author who wanted a long-term developer asked the suspect if he could design a product to his specifications, to which the suspect agreed. The author then asked the suspect to make a product on a cartoon character, the suspect agreed and sent him a product image. That same product was actually a free model found on the website "Sketchfab" which was identical in every way, which the suspect immediately contacted Scam Investigators and stopped speaking to the suspect (no losses to the author). The suspect did however color the eyes differently, however it seems the website allows 3D models to be altered including color. The suspect denied that he had downloaded the free model. The verdict ruled with the author.
