This user, instructed the victim to create a cave in under *1 hour*, which he did. Originally, a piece of the cave was a free model but then he quickly just got rid of it / re arranged. So! The suspect was confirming with the victim that everything looks good, he didn't pay he guy for his work AND he had to rush it. anyways this is a time wasting / not upholding their end of the deal.
