2.2.1 - Failure to comply with the original agreement. The suspect requested a UGC upload to their group, removed the uploaders permissions and then did not pay the agreed amount. The referenced Roblox ID was obtained via the users group as the suspect never verified with HiddenDevs. First scam related offense at HiddenDevs.
