Suspect violated scam rule 2.2.1, the suspect requested a commision be completed and then had the developer do additional work based on a problem which was not of their own fault - the developer completed this work and the suspect failed to reply or point out any problems. No prior scam offenses, the suspect could not be contacted for a defense due to their account settings.
