The suspect is being charged with 2.2.3: Selling plagiarized assets. The agreed deal was that the author had wanted the suspect to make a 3D model of a "solar-powered yacht" which the suspect agreed to, however, a price was not set in the beginning. The suspect then sent the author pictures of the finished, which the author was satisfied with. The suspect and author agreed to payment of 4,000 Robux (w/ tax, totaling 5715 Robuxs ($20 USD)). Later on, the author confronted the suspect for the product being very similar to another 3D model on Sketchfab (a free 3D model website) (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/frickies-yacht-gta-tbogt-a5b72f2a23cd4e1f9eaf49059606c7a3). The author denied all allegations and did not provide a defense for the report, the verdict sided with the author.
