The user is banned due to the fact that they changed the agreement from 20$ to $50 without this persons consent, originally a pay 10, complete task, pay 10 kind of deal and he went against it claiming it's "too hard". Suspect also led victim on to believe the project was very much closer to being done but lied. Suspect is guilty.
