Suspect wasted the victims time. The suspect said that they liked the model they were presented with multiple times after they demanded the model be resized and increased to which the victim agreed. Later the suspect wanted to terminate the agreement because they could not come to an agreement on where the entrance would be. The victim asked multiple times where they wanted the entrance to which the suspect could not answer.
