Suspect violated scam rule 2.2.1, the suspect said they wanted to hire the victim for a big game - but wanted to start with a small example order. 45USD was the agreed upon price for the example work - when finished the suspected reduced the price to 38USD and promised to pay - then after an elaborate conversation and explanation of investment funds the victim received no compensation / payment, or additional orders.
