The suspect is being charged with "2.2.1: Not completing your side of the original deal". The agreed deal was that the author was to provide a custom product to the suspect for $20(USD). The author who gave numerous excuses for the delay in payment, had blocked and stopped messaging the author entirely. The suspect failed to pay the author the $20 (USD) he owed to the author. The suspect did not give a defense. The verdict rules with the author.
