This user, for starters hired 20 people to create his commission and he didn't pay any but one. The one he hired this one in particular, he led him on saying how the progress was good and "THE BEST ONE" he's ever saw. Proceeds to say he didn't see his DM but he forgot about the guy for 3 months . . which he blocked. Also scammed many times before many people claim and is proven as well.
