Reported over 2 years ago
The suspect contacted the victim (with whom they had previous transactions) to request a loan of 40USD, the victim paid this loan using another friend to send the money. After some time without repayment the victim contacts the suspect to request Robux in addition - the suspect complies and sends an amount of Robux - both parties disagree on the amount of Robux but it is not relevant as there was no agreement it would replace the 40USD. Finally, towards the end of the case the victim is told that they were never meant to be repaid and this was not the agreement - the suspect does not provide 40USD back to the victim. The suspect claims that the victim elsewhere agreed an amount of Robux would replace the 40USD debt but could not suffice this with evidence - and the victim denies this amendment. HMP Rule 2: Failure to comply with an agreement.
