Victim's Statement: "Me and the developer had agreed for the payment which was 10 USD a week until 50 USD via pay pal had been paid and the work was done. After paying for the first week I noticed he did one thing which out of all the work that was needing to be done that was barely even a start of the game. After telling them they need to do more within before the next pay period they never did the work so now I am refusing to pay until he is actually doing his job which he has yet to do as I just checked and zero progress was made since I first checked."
