Victim Statement: After payment , the person disappeared giving no replies , clearly a scammer. Scammed out 35$ , this is not acceptable Me: I have contacted the suspect 4 days ago and he said he will be refunding the victim by Sunday, gave him a reminder yesterday that he has 24h left. Victim has not responded ever since and has not refunded the money. Verdict: Guilty
