The suspect is being charged with violating Scam Rule 2.2.1: Not completing your side of the original deal. The author approached the suspect for a product to be repaired. The suspect stated that the product cannot be fixed in the way the author would like, although proposed a new alternative to fix the problem. The author agreed and paid 1249 Robux (5.00 USD). The suspect gave the author a product that didn't fulfill the needs of the author and failed to operate properly. The suspect proceeded to ghost the author a couple of days later. The suspect defense stated that the offense did not take place in Hidden Devs as he was already banned for this action by the same author in another community. The verdict sides with the author, due to the suspect history, the suspect will receive a permanent ban. (Approved by AEM831)
