Victim Statement: As usual I accepted an order and he gave me the price of 35 for 3 lethal company uis. I asked for an upfront to avoid any kind of scam or time wasting but he refused. After I completed his work he did not pay for more than 3 days and still hasn't paid. He said he sent but I checked and he didn't. Suspect's Statement: *Never Responded* My Verdict: Guilty
