Description

Victim completed 4 buildings for a cost of 4k Robux which the suspect agreed to, he only paid a partial payment of 990 for 1 building and said he would pay the rest later. He was delaying then changed his story to not liking the items after I contacted him and claimed he didn't have the assets in his baseplate game which the victim worked in for him he was removed from but the suspect would not send me a video proving he did not have the items and delayed over 27 hours. Suspect is guilty of not upholding his end of the deal. Also noting that their roblox username was found via bloxlink get info which I linked on imgur.
