The suspect is being charged with breaking Scam Rule "2.2.1: Not completing your side of the original deal" for failing to pay the author $40 (USD). The suspect requested a loan from the author on 11/15/23 for $40 (USD), and he would pay the author back in the following weeks $40 (USD) and 10K Robux (with tax), which the author agreed to. The suspected proceeded to avoid speaking to the author and avoid any chance of payment. The suspect did however pay the author 7K Robux and 3K after Scam Investigator got involved. After this, the suspect had 4 days to pay the author $40 amount. However, the suspect manipulated facts and evidence to other Scam Investigators causing confusion between the primary investigator and co-workers. Due to this incident, the suspect's right to defense and time to pay the author were revoked. Verdict is that the suspect is guilty.
