The suspect is being charged with The suspect is being charged with breaking Scam Rule "2.2.1: Not completing your side of the original deal". The suspect contacted the author in regards to winning a bid for a "Caribu Restaurant Build". The suspect took the author's PayPal payment however stated that they would have to refund them as they could not access their PayPal. After 6 days the suspect still fails to refund the author. The author gave a document that reveals that the suspect has scammed 9 people and is possible more. The suspect did not respond to Scam Investigations and the verdict sides with the author and the rest of the victims who were scammed by the suspect.
