User owed back $75 to the victim after they cancelled the commission and they agreed to pay the $75 back and never did and blocked the victim. Upon reaching out to them, they ended up blocking me after 1-2 messages and left HD and changed their usernames. Their alt account was linked in their portfolio along with their usernames on discord before they changed the first one right after I reached out to them to attempt to get away with it. Suspect is guilty of not upholding their end of the deal.
