The suspect had approached the author for a commission, and the author and suspect agreed on a deal for 2858 Robux ($10.00 USD). The author informs the suspect that the product is complete, and shows the images with watermarks, and requests upfront payments. The suspect shows conveniently cropped images of the gamepass being available in his inventory, although the author does not see the pending funds. Later on, the suspect brags to the author of the watermark being removed. The suspect did not respond to a defense. The verdict sides with the author.
