The suspect is being charged with 2.2.1: Not completing your side of the original deal. The suspect approached the author for a commission, the author agreed to pay the suspect $50 (USD). The suspect delayed the commission multiple times for the author and surpassed the noted deadline. The suspect also lied to the author, stating that he would have it finished in a week and had completely failed to do so. The suspect did not provide a defense, the verdict sides with the author.
